All Private Party Reservations must be accompanied by a Private Party Reservation Form and all fees must be paid within two (2) days of making the reservation. Should a reservation be made within forty-eight (48) hours of the reservation date, the fee will be due at the time the reservation is made. A $25.00 security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned if the pool area is left in an orderly manner. The security deposit will not be returned if the person who made the reservation cancels the party, regardless of whether the party is rescheduled. Should the weather determine that patrons in the pool would be unsafe, the staff will work to reschedule the party. Pool reservations MUST be made with the Pool staff. The Main office will not take Private Party Reservations.
